Crib Candy – Online cool stuff for your home ehh “crib”… whatever…
January 28th, 2006
They have made a page with all sorts of wonderfull things for your home – its a huge collage of great items packed in a visual/thubnail collection. eg:
The banana door stop (via: www.chiasso.com)
Most of the stuff is really cool because the whole collection is a total collage.
I mean If you do all your shopping @ ikea.com or bolia.com – then you home will look non-personal (if you ask me) – but you can clearly buy some stuff from Ikea and some from Bolia, but you have to mix in some difference – some noise. This is where: cribcandy.com/ could be a ressource and come to the rescue.
Buy some stuff at the mainstream shops but then spice it up with a few special things and some accents for the occational novel item!
I know I will be breaking my Visas back on this site- its a great collage of different things that are just pleasing =)
This ofcause is only due to the fact that I cannot afford real Danish Design like Arne Jacobsens Egg chair *drowls…*

Ill get here some day =)
Coverflow 3D CD browsing

Browsing CD’s via a 3D application: http://www.steelskies.com/coverflow/
It looks cool on the video – I wonder how it feels to use it.
Oldie but goodie; Red Bull Flash site
January 22nd, 2006
For some time they have had one of the most immersive flash sites. I gives you the opportunity to see flying, skiing and biking via flash using video and kick ass graphics.
Especially the biking video is cool. You can change the view and follow the race that must have been taped with 6 or 8 cameras at the same time.
I wonder when it will be possible to link directly to one part of a Flash movie :-|
I must say – one day I need to look into flash. I never got the hang of that program, but since Macromedia has been bought by Adobe the program might be getting better documentation.
The Red Bull site was made by odopod.com/ – They seem to be rocking, looking at their flash interface for Nokia Phones made me feel old….
Sony reader
January 22nd, 2006
Another electronic book reader this one is from sony.
I looks good with the “paper like” display – I wonder how they will price it, and in particular I wonder how it feels to read from it.
From the pictures it seems it has a good size.

Real Nice Motion Graphics
January 19th, 2006
@ http://www.onesize.nl/extra/popups/html/cities.htm they have some awsome motion graphics.
I really like the blending of 3D(Max?) and plain video. Lots of graphics and lots of animation too. I must have taken ages to make that one.
http://www.onesize.nl/ reveals that they are guns for hire :-)
