World smallest phone?

October 3rd, 2006

via. gizmodo.com

We’ve shown you tiny phones before, but this is getting ridiculous: the Xun Chi 138 is scarcely larger than an AA battery and it weighs just two ounces. Too small to even dial, it requires you to use a stylus on a touchscreen and plug in a headset to talk and listen.

Since it only supports Chinese character recognition, we won’t be seeing it stateside anytime soon, but before it’s shipped here the company might consider learning how to spell the word “megapixels.”

Wonder how to hit those buttons ^^

Intresting Multi Touch GUI

I am getting lazy just posting videos but here is a real nice one:

Multi-touch UIs are kewl and I am sure they will have some sort of impact one we get larger displays as a commodity.

You can touch and manipulate things directly on the displays surface, and the display registers more than one touch at a time. It can also capture gestures enabling the interface to expand over what can be done with a mouse alone.

Multi Touch is certain to something we will see a lot more of.

At Adobe they are celebrating the 10′TH anniversary of Flash

It all started with one idea — the notion that drawing on a computer could be as easy and expressive as drawing on paper. In 1996, that idea became software, and that software became Flash®, the industry standard for creating interactive digital content. Today, Flash is a complete multimedia development environment used to create everything from rich Internet applications to mobile device content.

I disagree – don’t get me wrong I love the videothing you did, but the navigation in your history monster megabyte download is confusing.

I have always had a hard time with alternative and immersive menu structures. I prefer navigation to be predictable and preferably boring.

Too many flash sites have a annoying menu like Adobe put in this 10′TH anniversary movie. I have a timeline and a globe and a satellite and NO way of seeing the total amount of information available to me, ohh and some of them are moving targets. Anyway – I never got to much of the content. I found it too difficult.

Another thing that is kind of odd how come Flash so often end up being a sort of cartoon tool? Anyway – html for me plz. :D

On my last visit in the states I got a new suitcase.

I opted for a Samsonite blue hardcase, since I thought that the exec-carbonfibre-style was a bit too pricy for my needs.

< --If I was a rich man.

I am but Im too cheap so I got bright blue plastique and added a decal:

My case
My style is cooler! not Hugo Boss, Hermes cool, but still pretty cool.
I should however have put the decal a bit lower – Well next time :-)

@ stripgenerator.com/ They build an awsome comic strip application.

Actually I wonder why no one thought of that earlier.

It’s simple clean and offers a range of characters as well as props such as Baseball bats, furniture and umbrella and well take a look:
